For all clients in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Germany, we provide free 30-day returns. The cost of shipping is not refundable. Please be aware that returns sent from the EU will incur a $20 postage cost, while returns sent from all other countries will incur a $30 shipping fee. The refund amount is reduced by these return shipping costs. The return period begins the day the package is delivered or picked up.
To be eligible for a refund:
Items must be in pristine condition, free from wear and damage.All original packaging must be present when returning items by mail (tags, box, and pouch included)
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items with engravings and monograms
- Earrings worn during an appointment for body piercing
- Credit cards

You may return anything purchased at mejuri.com both online and in-person. Online shopping with in-store pickup is possible.
Only in-store returns are accepted for these orders. Please have your order card, email confirmation, or gift receipt available.
